At the Center, change is the currency not a luxury. The most recent change that plans to revamp CEL is the new work flow dynamics. Had a boost meet for discussing that and assigning new roles.
And for the record Arpit is the new Conquest 2008 coordinator with Shailesh being the Joint Co-Od. I am very enthused about the Process-Project classification. Lets see how it works.

At the risk of sounding cliched- "Change is the only constant of life."
Change is of utmost importance at least until we reach that magical formula, that'll make CEL an absolutely efficient organization. And I guess while continuously innovating on the structure and workflow for CEL, we'll end up learning lots of lessons!
