Grand finale!!!
Now its time for the results. Excitement is visible on the faces of all team members. As arrangements are being made,Prajakt Raut is giving some feedback about all the business plans. He thinks financials of all teams in general need a bit more of work.
Even though its 10.30, the hall is still full, thats quite an achievement!
Andy quotes "Money can't buy happiness, waiting to test the hypothesis" to sum up the mind of entrepreneur.
Now vote of thanks time by Prof.Natrajan.
Ok now we have the announcement here, Andy ends the suspense and its BITS 1 & 2.
Its Vita one and Phoenix two.
The whole hall goes mad. A huge applause to all the participants.
You can see relief on the faces of organisers. Kudos to them for organising the whole festival without a major hassle. No doubt Conquest now stakes claim as one of the best organised B-Plan competitions in the country.
Any suggestions or comments are always welcome.
Bye guys. I am out for a CEL party! :D.

Congratulations Team Conquest on putting together such a terrific event. Overall the quality of business plans was very high. Many of the plans were of a quality that they could be launched into real businesses today... though with a bit of fine tuning.
It was also encouraging to see that most business plans reflected very innovative concepts. Whether in healthcare, energy, organizational/people bavhiour, recycling resources, clean water or bringing efficiency into industrial products all plans reflected fundamentally strong concepts that had been validated at some industry interactions. Also, unlike in the recent past where most business plans in contests used to be services concepts fro overseas that were adapted for the Indian market, many plans today were for products and even the services concepts addressed big issues like energy inefficiency and niche healthcare.
The event itself, with it 3-4 months of pre-planning, should be considered an entrepreneurial venture. It is. Because they had to raise funds (and some of their initial funders reiterated their faith in them and invested in their venture again), they had to convince customers (and some of them traveled from different cities to consume their product), they had to engage 'channel partners' (like TiE and NEN) and then they had to implement the concept within limited resources. In doing so they had to learn about people management, logistics managementm finance management, marketing management, etc. So, given all this, CEL nd Conquest to me are pure entrepreneurial ventures. Think of it differently, outside of the the Conquest team, the only other team that I know of who can get so may students on a Sunday evening to watch a show that they have put up is Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan. So folks, you are the real super stars of the event.
Congratulations and keep it up.
Cheers.
