"To vary the output, one needs to vary the input." - Sigmund FreudSigmund Freud was a genius, but c'mon; everyone knows it's easier to teach new dogs new tricks!
Historically, the best way to get high quality innovation at CEL has been to get high quality, diverse, crazy people to work here!
Today is one such momentous occasion, where we're varying the input at CEL! An hour from now, we're welcoming our new bunch of recruits. These guys have already sweated it out in our Bootcamp program (note to the old bunch: the bootcamp was much more rigorous this time round, with the recruits being given their very own live project to work on for a month (supervised by a CELite).)
One of the results of the bootcamp was a project the new kids lovingly called "Business Tycoon"; which was something of a cross between a stock-market and a country fair.
I can't wait to see how these guys innovate at CEL.
And yes, it isn't too long a wait! :)
Will keep you posted!
