Are the telcos cutting costs by sacrificing basic requirements? They don't seem to be lacking on publicity. When a new player entered the Rajasthan circle, large hoardings loomed everywhere. But, when you look for meaningful information, all you get is a bumbling salesperson who misinforms you.
I belong to the school of though that quality should never be sacrificed. Not ven for those dazzling numbers. but then probably I don't need to report to my shareholders each quarter!
